RAIN FOREST MURAL The mural shown here was painted for a young girl who had visited Costa Rica. She was captivated with the place and desired a rain forest motif in her bedroom. The parameters were simple: Supply a 3-walled rain forest mural (in the alcove where the girl's bed was located) and include a big cat somewhere in the piece. A jaguar seemed the obvious choice, and before it was over I had managed to carry the mural onto the ceiling and incorporate an iguana, a quetzal and a toucan as well as the cat.
